Mass Times

Saturday Night Vigil:

Monday:  Liturgy of the Word                with Holy Communion

At present there are no restrictions on the number of people who can attend church ceremonies. Other precautions as outlined below are still in place:-

Coming to Mass,   Please remember to:-

  • Keep socially distanced and to wear a mask to protect the spread of the virus.

  • Please use the hand sanitizers on entering the church.

  • Please approach the altar for Communion starting from the back seat.

  • Holy Communion must be received on the hand.

  • On leaving please take your masks and bulletins home with you.

The removal of barriers allows parishioners to occupy each pew but we would suggest the at the capacity of each pew be reduced to half.
We are encouraged by the gradual lifting of the restrictions and welcome the prospect of returning to normal life in the Church.  We are still conscious of the danger from the virus which remains very real, knowing that the opening up of society is a complex and challenging task.

In the Colder Weather Autumn / Winter
With the shift to living with Covid and generally opening up again, we continue, however, to keep our Church well ventilated with open doors and minimal central heating.  So for the colder days in Autumn and Winter please wrap up well and keep warm.

Thanks to all our parishioners for their cooperation with arrangements.  Special thanks to our stewards and the parish staff for their work in keeping people and buildings safe.

Please remember that those who feel unwell or have Covid-like symptoms should not attend ceremonies.

I Lit a Candle Cards:  Are now available beside the Shrine in the Church.
Light a Candle for someone and take a Card to let them know ~ €2
Please put the €2 in the Candle box.

Offertory Collection - In line with public health advice, the collection baskets are no longer be passed among the congregation during Masses; supervised collection buckets are available at the church doors.
